LacyJane Folger is Named Miss NH USA 2011
She did it! Today at the Best Western Executive Court Inn & Conference Center, all of LacyJane's hard work and dedication finally paid off as she was not only named Miss Congeniality, but MISS NEW HAMPSHIRE USA 2011!
